Complete conference AV for plenary sessions and breakout rooms
We adapt the equipment, infrastructure and technical crew to the programme, from one plenary room to a conference with several breakout sessions, workshops or panel discussions. In advance, we review the room layout, sightlines, connections, microphone plan, presentation workflow, network requirements and the position of the technical control desk.
Audio and microphones
Wireless handheld, headset and lavalier microphones, mixing consoles and sound reinforcement. For Q&A sessions and panel discussions, we pay particular attention to speech intelligibility in the room and in recordings or livestreams.
Video and presentations
Projectors, projection screens, displays and LED screens, complemented by presentation laptops, remote controls and confidence monitors. When required, we check presentations and video files before the event.
Lighting and staging
Stage, front and ambient lighting can be combined with Pipe & Drape and staging solutions. We adapt the lighting to the speakers, cameras and desired atmosphere.
Livestreams and hybrid conferences

Professional audiovisual equipment for conferences
We use professional audiovisual equipment from our own rental inventory, allowing us to select exactly what each conference needs. This includes wireless microphones, Allen & Heath digital mixing consoles, professional projectors and displays, MicroCue presentation controllers, cameras, streaming equipment and AV-over-IP networking solutions.
PAR-AV is certified for AUDAC, NETGEAR AV and Dante. This expertise is particularly valuable when temporary conference AV must work alongside a hotel’s or conference centre’s permanent audiovisual infrastructure.
Conference venues: working with existing AV systems
If a hotel or conference venue already has suitable sound and video equipment, it is not always necessary to replace it. We assess what is available and add only the technology or support needed for the event. PAR-AV can therefore also operate as an external AV supplier alongside an existing in-house system.
