A single camera at the back of the room is rarely enough. Remote participants need to hear speakers clearly, read presentations and follow questions or audience interaction. A hybrid production therefore usually combines several technical elements.

Audio and microphones for hybrid conferences
Clear speech is essential for remote participants. We therefore determine in advance which microphones are needed for presenters, panel members and audience questions. The room mix and stream mix can have different requirements and can be monitored separately where needed.
Echo, feedback and remote participants
With Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, audio for the room and the remote audience needs separate routing. An incorrect return feed can cause echo or feedback. We check microphone and loudspeaker routing, online meeting settings and whether acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) or a mix-minus signal is required.
