PAR-AV Productions B.V. provides audiovisual technology for corporate events, business meetings, training sessions, seminars and product presentations. We support companies, event agencies, hotels and event venues from technical preparation through to on-site operation.
AV technology for corporate events
The right technical setup depends on the programme, room, audience size and presentation format. We therefore prepare the complete setup in advance and supply only the equipment and support that are genuinely required for a reliable production.
- professional microphones and sound reinforcement;
- projectors, screens, displays and presentation technology;
- stage, front and ambient lighting;
- presentation and technical control positions;
- camera, recording, livestreaming and hybrid participation;
- temporary networks and AV infrastructure;
- technical operation and show control.
Audiovisual partner for companies and event agencies
We can work directly for an organisation or join an event agency, hotel or venue as the technical AV partner. During preparation we coordinate room layouts, sightlines, presentations, microphone requirements, camera positions and cabling, so responsibilities and technical requirements are clear before the event starts.
AV supplier for one-off and recurring events
PAR-AV supports both individual productions and organisations or venues that regularly require audiovisual support. Equipment from our own rental inventory can be combined with transport, setup, operation and technical direction.

From Aalsmeer we can respond quickly throughout Schiphol, Hoofddorp, Amsterdam, Amstelveen and Uithoorn. For conferences, see our conference AV page. For Amsterdam events, see AV Supplier Amsterdam.
Request a corporate AV proposal
For an accurate proposal, please send us the date, venue, operating times, expected number of participants and your initial technical requirements. If the details are not yet final, we can first define the technical scope together.
