2. Welke persoonsgegevens wij verwerken
Wij kunnen onder meer de volgende gegevens verwerken:

Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens op basis van:

5. Bewaartermijnen
Persoonsgegevens worden niet langer bewaard dan noodzakelijk.
Wij hanteren onder meer:
- administratieve gegevens: minimaal 7 jaar (fiscale bewaarplicht)
- offertegegevens zonder opdracht: maximaal 2 jaar
- projectgegevens: maximaal 5 jaar
- nieuwsbriefgegevens: tot uitschrijving

Wij delen persoonsgegevens uitsluitend indien noodzakelijk met:
- boekhoudsoftware (zoals SnelStart)
- cloudopslagdiensten (zoals Microsoft en Google)
- hostingproviders
- IT-dienstverleners
- nieuwsbriefsystemen
- technische partners bij producties
Met deze partijen sluiten wij verwerkersovereenkomsten indien vereist.
Wij verkopen geen persoonsgegevens aan derden.
7. Doorgifte buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte
Indien persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt buiten de EER gebeurt dit uitsluitend:
- op basis van een adequaatheidsbesluit van de Europese Commissie

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen verlies, misbruik en onbevoegde toegang.

- versleutelde verbindingen
- actuele beveiligingssoftware
9. Nieuwsbrieven
Wij versturen alleen nieuwsbrieven indien u zich hiervoor heeft aangemeld of indien dit binnen een bestaande klantrelatie is toegestaan.
Afmelden kan altijd via de afmeldlink in de e-mail.
10. Beeld- en geluidsopnames bij evenementen
Tijdens producties of evenementen kan beeld- en geluidsregistratie plaatsvinden. Deze opnames kunnen worden gebruikt voor:
- technische registratie
- livestreaming
- verslaglegging
- promotionele doeleinden (indien vooraf aangekondigd)
Indien vereist vragen wij vooraf toestemming.
