AV technology for corporate events at Kinepolis Hoofddorp
A cinema auditorium offers a distinctive setting for a corporate event. For presentations, the technical setup needs to accommodate laptops, speaker microphones, video clips and any panel discussions. We review in advance how these sources will work with the existing projection and sound systems.
Video and presentations
We coordinate presentation laptops, video signals and projection. Together, we establish who will operate the slides, which connections are required and how to switch between speakers and video clips.
Sound and microphones
We select microphones to suit the programme and configure the audio processing for speech and presentation sound. This includes considering the existing sound system and the speakers’ positions.
Technical support
From preparation and a technical run-through to operation during the programme, we provide a clear technical plan and a point of contact for the audiovisual delivery.
Depending on your programme, we can discuss additional lighting, recording or livestreaming. Find out more about our conference AV and audiovisual support for corporate events.
Project example: a company presentation in a cinema
For a company presentation by car dealership Nieuwendijk, PAR-AV provided the audiovisual technology at Kinepolis Hoofddorp. We combined the cinema’s existing facilities with our own equipment and technical operation.
- Projection control for the company presentation.
- A video connection between the stage and the control position.
- Our own audio processing, configured for presentation sound and speech.
- Connection of wireless microphones.
- Slide operation by a technician.

Adapting the permanent sound system
Our work at Kinepolis Hoofddorp also includes permanent AV installations. PAR-AV adapted the existing sound system for corporate presentations. For this type of application, we assess the connections between presentation equipment, microphones and the installed audio system.
Speech intelligibility, suitable connections and practical operation are central to this work. Permanent installations and temporary event equipment need to work together so that meetings can be properly prepared and delivered.
For businesses and venues, we also provide advice, equipment sales, installation, configuration and maintenance of audiovisual systems. Explore our professional AV installations to learn more.
