Hybrid event and online AGM
PAR-AV Productions B.V. supports hybrid events in which participants join both on location and remotely. For an online AGM at Buitenplaats Kameryck, we delivered the technical production including video, audio, streaming and an online voting system.
More than a livestream
A hybrid meeting requires a reliable connection between the room and remote participants. We combine camera coverage, clear microphones, presentation feeds and a stable stream. Where required, a secure online environment can be used for private meetings or association events.
Technical direction and support
Our team has experience in video direction, audio, lighting and online streaming. During the event, the technical crew monitors presentation flow, sound, cameras and connectivity so the organiser can focus on the programme.
